29 CFR 1910.134(i)(5)(iv): The employer did not ensure that compressors used to supply breathing air to respirators were constructed and situated so as to have a tag maintained at the compressor containing the most recent change date and the signature of the person authorized by the employer to perform the change of the sorbent bed and/or filters: (a) Abrasive Blasting Area: On April 3, 2018 and times prior, employees conduct abrasive blasting activities while wearing a Clemco supplied air respirator abrasive blasting helmet. The employer did not maintain a tag at the compressor filtering system showing the most recent change date and name of the person authorized to change sorbent bed and/or filters.
