29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Each affected employee shall be instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure. a) Throughout Production Area - On or about February 1, 2018, and at times prior to, adequate instruction was not provided to all affected employees regarding the purpose and use of procedures for the control of hazardous energy related to equipment such as but not limited to injection molding machines, thus exposing employees to caught-in and crushed-by hazards.
