All guards and other safety devices, including starting and stopping devices, shall be properly maintained. a) On or about December 12, 2017 in the Carding Department at 1016 School Street in Two Rivers, the employer did not ensure that the guards were closed and secure on the Davis and Furber Carding Machine #1, #2, #9, and #10 and being maintained during fiber straightening job task.
