29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs 42 inches or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards conforming to requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): On or about November 16, 2017 employees working near belts were exposed to in-running nip points and the employer did not ensure that the equipment was guarded: a. The air compressor in the boiler room was running and two belts connected to two pulleys were not guarded. b. The radial stacker's conveyor belt on the south end of the machine was not guarded.
