29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i): Midrails were not installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working surface The employer does not ensure that employees working on elevated platforms are provided with adequate fall protection. This violation was observed on or about November 15, 2017 in the plating area, exposing the employee to hazard of falls. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps that is taking to ensure elevated working levels are provided with mid-rails.
