29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. a) Manufacturing Area - The employer issued procedures that did not include the steps that needed to be taken to properly lock-out and tag-out a homemade tube shaping machine that utilizes both hydraulic and electrical power. Noted on or about 24 OCT 2017.
