29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Pump Jack Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. 674 Route 1&9, Elizabeth, NJ: a) Front of worksite: The aluminum pump jack scaffold was not adequately braced and secured at the bottom of each pole to prevent displacement. This hazard was observed on 10/11/17. b) Rear of worksite: The aluminum pump jack scaffold was not adequately braced and secured at the bottom of each pole to prevent displacement. This hazard was observed on 12/7/17.
