29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches, plus or minus 3 inches, above the walking-working surface: a) On or about 10/25/2017, V Bottom Dryer: A second level platform was lacking a top rail at the equipment end. b) On or about 12/21/2017, Warehouse Area: The top rail of a chain guard rail system was at a height of 29 inches and was located next to the ladderway access to the dust collection and storage area.
