29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lift was used to support scaffold platforms and the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform is occupied. East Side: On or about October 19, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while being transported in a temporary elevated platform that was not properly attached to a JLG Skytrak Telehandler, Model 8042.
