29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a) At 2307 US Hwy 31S, Bay Minette, AL: On or about September 19, 2017, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that employees were allowed to work in areas where there is potential for falling objects that could hit employees in the head. Employees were not required to wear protective helmets when working under automobiles removing unsupported objects from overhead.
