29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(ii): In locations where electric equipment was likely to be exposed to physical damage, enclosures or guards were not so arranged and of such strength as to prevent such damage: a) Main Shop Near West Exit: On or about August 30, 2017, and at times prior, workers were exposed to electrical hazards where a fluorescent light fixture positioned 87 inches (7ft 3in) from the floor was not protected from damage that would result in exposure to live electrical parts. b) Main Shop Wash Room: On or about August 30, 2017, and at times prior, workers were exposed to electrical hazards where a fluorescent light fixture positioned 91 inches (7ft 7in) from the floor was not protected from damage that would result in exposure to live electrical parts. c) Back Shop: On or about August 30, 2017, and at times prior, workers were exposed to electrical hazards where a fluorescent light fixture positioned 74.5 inches (6ft 2.5in) from the floor was not protected from damage that would result in exposure to live electrical parts.
