29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2): Employees working below a scaffold were not protected from falling tools, materials or equipment in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs (h)(2)(i)-(v) of this section: a) Lot 31- Outside- On or about August 11, 2017 and at times prior to at Rosshandler Rd, Suwanee, GA 30024. The employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that the employer had not installed toe boards on the scaffold to keep items including but not limited to bricks and other hand tool from falling while employees were performing masonry work.
