29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected: On or about 8/8/2017 in the production areas at 1 Wingfoot Way NE, Social Circle, GA: Where employees performed maintenance and or service on equipment such as the four (4) flat press and mill equipment. The employer failed to ensure that all authorized employees were included in the review of the periodic procedure.
