29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Unsecured ladder(s) were used on surfaces that were not stable and level. On or about 7/31/2017 an employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 17 feet. The employee was performing painting activities on a residential home located at 7679 Bear Swamp Road, Wadsworth, Ohio 44281. The employee was working from a 30 foot extension ladder that was set on a surface that was not level.
