29 CFR 1915.87(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that a first aid provider is able to reach an injured/ill employee within five (5) minutes of a report of a serious injury, illness, or accident such as one involving cardiac arrest, acute breathing problems, uncontrolled bleeding, suffocation, electrocution, or amputation. On or around August 1, 2017 and at times prior and subsequent thereto at the Westport Orange Shipyard in Orange, Texas the employer did not ensure that a first aid provider was able to reach an injured/ill employee within five minutes of a report of serious injury or illness.
