29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(2)(ii): Shoveling, sweeping or brushing methods were used to remove lead accumulations where vacuuming or other equally effective methods were available and feasible. a) On June 28, 2017, eWorks Electronic Services, Inc. did not ensure that floors in the Baler and in the Cathode Ray Tube Line areas were not dry swept to remove dust and debris containing lead. A bulk sample collected from the dust and debris on the floor in the Baler Area contained lead. A wipe sample from the broken funnel glass from the Cathode Ray Tube Line contained up to 859.3 µg of lead.
