29 CFR 1910.25(c)(2): (2) Have a maximum riser height of 9.5 inches (24 cm): On or about June 14, 2017, at the beam line control room and conveyor/rack system outside, the steps in various places being used had a riser height greater than 9.5 inches. The steps are made out of I beams and were put in place for the operators to step up on/over the over the conveyor/rack system. Employee(s) exposed to a fall hazard from the riser heights being greater than 9.5 inches.
