29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt or to a standard height: The employer is failing to protect employees from caught in hazards. This was most recently documented on 05/31/17 at the establishment located at S. 4th Street in Osage City, Kansas. Employees engaged in maintenance activities using the Bridgeport Mill, serial number J-120120, in the maintenance shop were exposed to caught in hazards as the housing guards covering the horizontal belts, less than 7 feet above the ground, were missing.
