29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: (a) Power Component Systems, Incorporated - 5455 Carlisle Pike Navy Bldg 307 Mechanicsburg PA -The employer did not ensure that employees anchored on the right side of the furnace and were working on the left side of the furnace was rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 7 feet 3 inch fall, on or about April 27, 2017. No abatement certification or documentation is required.
