There is no record of employees making a practice confined space rescue within the last 12 months. Employees conducting confined space entry raised concerns about the inability to rescue and the rescue process, then contacted the local fire department prior to conducting the entry into U-12. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
