1910.146(k)(1)(i): The employer who designated rescue and emergency services, pursuant to paragraph (d)(9) of this section, did not evaluate a prospective rescuer's ability to respond to a rescue summons in a timely manner. a) Warehouse, 1500 Corporate Blvd, Newburgh, NY - On or about 4/15/2017, an employee sustained serious hand injuries while performing troubleshooting and maintenance activities on a bot charging station in a permit required confined space. The rescue services listed on the permit was a volunteer department, which could not be reached throughout the inspection.
