29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Foam department - On or about April 21, 2017, heaters were used inside tent #1 to maintain the temperature of Polyol, a class 4 flammable liquid. The Pelonis heaters were designed for personal use and not designed for industrial purposes. b) Foam department - On or about April 21, 2017, heaters were used inside tent #2 to maintain the temperature of Polyol, a class 4 flammable liquid. The Pelonis heaters were designed for personal use and not designed for industrial purposes. c) Foam department - On or about April 21, 2017, heaters were used inside tent #3 to maintain the temperature of Polyol, a class 4 flammable liquid. The Pelonis heaters were designed for personal use and not designed for industrial purposes.
