Electric equipment may not be used unless the following markings have been placed on the equipment: Other markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary. a. On or about April 6, 2017, in the coil room the Square D electrical panels were not marked to indicate voltage, thereby exposing employees to the hazards of electrical shock.
