29 CFR 1926.854(d): The structural or load-supporting members were cut or removed before all stories above such a floor were demolished and removed: a) Five Story Building: On or about February 14, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure all stories above were demolished and removed prior to demolishing portions of the steel framing, wooden floors, and brick walls on each respective lower level of the building which exposed employees to death and other injuries associated with falls or being struck-by and crushed-by collapsing and falling portions of the structure.
