29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: Larose Industries dba Cra-Z-Art - Fayette, Ohio: On or about November 30, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the chains and sprockets, used to move the #P4 Resina (model U301008; s/n 74 5016) screw capper conveyor, were adequately guarded to protect employees from being injured by the moving parts.
