29 CFR 1910.102(a): Cylinders. Employers must ensure that the in-plant transfer, handling, storage, and use of acetylene in cylinders comply with the provisions of CGA Pamphlet G-1-2003 ("Acetylene") (Incorporated by reference see Section 5.2 of the Compressed Gas Association, Inc., 12th ed., 2009). On or about January 19, 2017 in the rear of the facility near the compressor, where welding was once done, a single acetylene compressed gas cylinder was left free standing and unsecured in the rear of the facility.
