29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not select PPE that properly fit each affected employee: a) Throughout the facility, on or about 2/15/17: Employees who perform cleaning operations with Busperse 289 were not provided with personal protective equipment that properly fits their arms; torso; stomach; back and legs from contact with Busperse 289. The employer only provided L and XL rain gear which did not fit all employees.
