29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical Kitchen; On or about 12/6/16, the employer did not maintain updated copies of safety data sheets. The safety data sheets that were present in the kitchen binder were dated January 2007, before the updated standard. The safety data sheets did not contain important updated information such as classifications and personal protective equipment requirements for cleaning chemicals such as Ecolab Grease Express High Temp Grill Cleaner to clean the panini press, and Grease Strip Plus to clean the kitchen, both of which are corrosive.
