29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected. On or about November 17, 2016 and at times prior thereto, at the worksite located at 801 N. Jefferson Street, Springdale, Arkansas, the employer did not review employee responsibilities with each authorized employee under the energy control plan. This condition exposed employees to amputation and electrical hazards.
