29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i): Process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the process did not include the elements specified in 29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(A) through (H): (a) In the nitrogen storage area, on or about October 31, 2016 and at times prior to, the P&IDs for the liquid nitrogen system (undated hand drawn Figures 1 & 2) were inaccurate in that they did not indicate the location or presence of any valves and/or gauges associated with the system, resulting in a chemical hazard.
