29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2)(iv): Monthly inspections of hoist chains, with a certification record which includes the date of inspection, the signature of the person who performed the inspection and an identifier of the chain which was inspected, were not performed: Chalmers and Kubeck North, 24-34 Elise Street, Westfield, Massachusetts; On or before November 1, 2016, the employer had not performed monthly inspections of the hoist chains on the two, 10 ton, overhead gantry cranes, with certification records including the date of the inspections, the signature of the person performing the inspections, and an identifier of the chains which were inspected.
