29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(ii): The hazard communication program did not include methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks (for example, the cleaning of reactor vessels). On or about October 12, 2016 the employer did not include methods to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks in a written hazard communication program where employees in the deli department were exposed to commercial cleaning chemicals including but not limited to, "KAY" Dazzle cleaner and polish, "Kay" pot and pan detergent, "KAY" Kayquat, "Kay" multi-surface and glass cleaner, "Laura Lynn" bleach, "KAY" Hawk fryer cleaner/degreaser, "Ecolab" retail chlorinated cleaner, "Ecolab" quaternary disinfectant, "KAY" block whitener, "Ecolab" Victory water additive for pathogen reduction or "Ecolab" Greasestrip Plus. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
