29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: A.) Presque Isle Wine Cellars, Inc., 9440 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, on or about September 15, 2016 and times prior thereto: Employees perform service and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to, an auger, crusher and must pump. Periodic inspections of the lockout tag out procedures were not performed with authorized employees.
