29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): Liqui-Box Corp. - Ashland, Ohio: On or about February 23, 2016, employees were not protected from crushing injuries in that the pinch point created by the two platens of Press 3, a Uniloy plastic blow molding press (model 5835; s/n 5835-2337), was not adequately guarded to prevent employees from accessing the hazard area at a time the press could operate.
