29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about May, 2016, on the SW side of a newly built multi-family dwelling, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding 10 feet when performing work from a wooden trash hopper placed on the forks of a Genie rough terrain forklift, Model GTH-844/ SN GTH0815-20679, without the forklift being designed for such use.
