29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee is fit tested or was required to use the respirator in the workplace: Santec Inc./Linden, NJ- Production Area/Mixing Area: The Employer did not provide medical evaluations for employees who were required to wear respirators in the workplace. Employees were required to wear respiratory protection such as but not limited to: a) Sperian, half face air-purifying respirator (APR) b) 3M, N95 filtering face piece respirator Condition observed on or about May 5, 2016.
