29 CFR 1910.107(c)(2): Open flame(s) or spark producing equipment were located in the spraying area(s): a. Spray Booth: On or about February 23, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to flash fires while applying flammable and combustible liquids, such as but not limited to, Ethylbenzene, Xylene, Trimethylbenzene, Methoxy-propanol, Light Aromatic Hydrocarbons, Butoxyethanol, Triethylene Tetramine and Polyamide (Sherwin Williams Tile Clad B62 TZ 104 Epoxy), to finished gunstocks. Employees were using unapproved electric equipment to include, sanders and drills to mix paint and sand stocks.
