29 CFR 1910.304(b)(2)(iv)(C)(2): Where a grounding means did not exist in the receptacle enclosure a nongrounding-type receptacle was not replaced with a ground-fault circuit-interrupter-type of receptacle that was marked "No Equipment Ground;" a) Facility, Outside Manager's Office: An outlet containing 6 receptacles and a grounding means was plugged into a duplex outlet without a grounding means and was not marked No equipment ground , on or about 2/24/2016. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19
