29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: a) Jobsite - The employer allowed employees to carry loads of orange buckets, tools, and roofing material up a ladder that could displace the employees climbing the ladder, thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. Noted on or about February 4, 2016.
