29 CFR 1910.134(k)(5): Respiratory protection retraining was not conducted annually: a) Gas Main Break at Stanton Street and Hazle Street in Wilkes-Barre, PA: An employee, Mechanic II, was required to wear a MSA Ultra Elite full-face respirator while performing gas main break repair activities and the employer did not provide this employee with annual respirator training within one year of his previous training, discovered on or about 12/24/2015. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
