29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(iii)(B): Employees standing on the ground made contact with the vehicle or mechanical equipment or any of its attachments, without (1) using protective equipment rated for the voltage or (2) locating the equipment so that no uninsulated part of its structure could come closer to the line than permitted in paragraph (c)(3)(iii) of this section: a) Truck mounted crane: On or about November 20, 2016, the employer did not ensure the crane operator did not touch any part of the crane when it was able to make contact with the energized overhead power lines which exposed employees to electrocution and other electrical hazards.
