29 CFR 1915.82(b)(1): Lights with bulbs that are not completely recessed were not equipped with guards to prevent accidental contact with the bulb. (a) On or about October 23, 2015, in the engine room of the AMTO tug, the employer failed to prevent accidental contact with the overhead light bulb. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
