29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location: (a) On the exterior of the building leading into the back door, a receptacle was not designed to prevent moisture and/or water from entering the receptacle. The unit was located on the exterior wall where water intrusion from the rain and condensate could get into the unit.
