29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) On or about October 1, 2015- job site at 74 Onderdonk Ave, Ridgewood, NY 11385 The employer required employees to wear a 3M half face respirator without providing a medical evaluation. WRITTEN ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED PERSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
