29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: a) On or about October 26, 2011, and times prior, Zavanna LLC, as controlling employer, did not ensure that Precision Drilling Company LP, a subcontractor, protected their employees from injury in that, the fire extinguishers had not been visually inspected monthly.
