29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2): Hand-fed circular ripsaw(s) were not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator: Kolle table saw - employees were ripping wood stock on the equipment with a missing spreader (i.e. splitter) that exposed them to struck-by hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
