29 CFR 1910.1052(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that no employee was exposed to an airborne concentration of methylene chloride in excess of 125 parts per million as determined over a sampling period of 15 minutes: Employees using the dip tank were exposed to methylene chloride in excess of 125 parts per million as determined over a sampling period of 15 minutes. (a) One employee using the dip tank was exposed to 272.945 parts per million of air, approximately 2.18 times the STEL of 125.000 ppm. Sampling was performed for 15 minutes.
