29 CFR 1926.454(a)(1): The employer failed to have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained regarding the nature of any electrical hazards, fall hazards and falling object hazards in the work area. (a) Scaffold right front corner of residence: An employee was conducting fascia work on a residence from a fabricated frame scaffold platform that was 16 feet above ground level. The employees on site were not trained in recognizing fall hazards associated with scaffold use, as determined on August 26, 2015. Abatement Certification Required For This Item.
