29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1)(iii): Stairway(s) less than 44 inches wide having both sides open, did not have one stair railing on each side: a/ At the Kieserling Line, a flight of metal stairs four risers high was not equipped with stair railings along both open sides. The width of the tread was approximately 28 inches wide. The fall distance into moving machine parts was approximately 38 inches.
