29 CFR 1910.179(e)(6)(ii): Guards shall be securely fastened. a. On or about June 9, 2015, located in the High Bay area, there was a 3 ton capacity Harnischfeger P & H overhead crane, serial number CH8306, that did not have guarding that was securely fastened over the cranes hoisting block due to the guarding's bolts missing, thereby exposing the employees to a struck-by hazard.
